Return/Exchange Policy

Here at we aim to satisfy all of our clients but in the unlikely event that one of our pieces is broken or faulty we will exchange the item free of charge.

Postage costs towards returning the faulty items will be the customers responsibility but we will post the replacement free of charge. Broken or faulty items MUST be reported within 12 hours of receiving the jewellery with photographic evidence otherwise we cannot start the exchange process. Jewellery with damage that is reported after 12 hours will Not be exchanged, there are no returns on any of our products especially custom pieces. Custom orders include any design made to your specification, any additional pieces added to an existing design, any stone change or colour change orders, any design ordered especially for you, any item ordered in for you.
